Threadneedle Property Unit Trust, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe, have acquired 501-503 Newport Road, Cardiff in the sum of Ł12.92 million reflecting a net initial yield of 7%.

The 55,315 sq ft scheme comprises three units let to Halfords, Currys and PC World for a total rent of Ł956,547 per annum exclusive.
