Savills IM brew new Costa and Greggs lettings in Uttoxeter

Savills Investment Management on behalf of the Charities Property Fund has completed two new lettings to Costa Coffee and Greggs at Dovefields Retail Park in Uttoxeter.

Costa and Greggs have both signed new 10 year leases on 1,861 sq ft GIA & 1,518 sq ft GIA respectively. The unit formerly occupied by a Frankie & Benny’s restaurant has been subdivided by the Landlord to suit operator requirements. The Costa is now open and Greggs is set to open shortly.

Ropemaker Properties add to the Tenant blend in Walsall with new Costa letting

Ropemaker Properties, solely advised by ESH have successfully completed a new letting to Costa Coffee at Reedswood Retail Park Walsall.

Costa have taken occupation of the former Carphone Warehouse unit on the Park, which has now been converted into a fit for purpose drive-thru unit extending to approx. 2,200 sq ft GIA. Costa have taken a new 15 year lease on the unit. The letting will further enhance the existing F&B offering at the fully let scheme and is illustrative of the continuing strength of the drive-thru/ roadside market.

NEW INSTRUCTION: ESH are delighted to have been appointed by Glenbrook, alongside joint agents Petch & Co, on Springfields Retail Park in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

The scheme has a great line-up including B&M, The Food Warehouse, Pets at Home and Halfords, with Greggs drive thru coming soon (STP). Jollyes Pets’ expansion continues at a canter with three Scottish acquisitions

Jollyes Pets, solely advised by ESH, have secured 3 new stores in Scotland as part of their continued expansion.

Jollyes have taken 10 year leases on units at Hermiston Gait Retail Park, Edinburgh (7,500sqft) and Burghmuir Retail Park, Stirling (6,000sqft) and a 5 year lease at Saltire Retail Park, Glenrothes (5,000sqft).

Jollyes continue to seek further opportunities throughout the UK.

Custodian Capital agree two new lettings in Southport

Custodian Capital, solely advised by ESH, have completed 2 new lettings on Kew Retail Park, Southport.

Jollyes Pets have taken a vacant 6,000sqft unit on the park on a new 10 year lease and CVS Group (veterinary practice) have taken a 15 year lease on the former Carphone Warehouse unit of 3,000sqft adjacent.

The park is now fully let, but with further asset management opportunities available.

Pure Gym pump up store estate with four more acquistions

Pure Gym advised by ESH have completed four new acquisitions and their first in Northern Ireland for four years.

Pure Gym will open in:

  • Yate, Riverside Retail Park
  • Haywards Heath, South Road
  • Ballymena, Braidwater Retail Park
  • Boston, Alban Retail Park

ESH also advised on a lease re-gear with their existing facility in Ashton under Lyne, Ashton Retail Park.
